Step-by-Step Brewing

1. Shake the pouch well to evenly mix the botanicals.
2. Prepare fresh, boiling water (avoid re-boiled water in order to preserve the flavour).
3. Place 4 grams (or 2 heaped teaspoons) of our loose-leaf tea into your infuser.
4. Steep for about 5 minutes to allow the aromas and flavours to fully develop.
5. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your soothing cup—a true hug in a mug.
