We recommend starting the day with our Hormonal Balance Tea, then combining the Myoplus with Balance. We recommend 4 tablets of Balance with 2 tablets of Myoplus daily to reach a daily dose of 4000mg of Myo-inositol. (2 x Balance & 1 x Myoplus in the morning and the same in the evening). We recommend using our supplements consistently for 90 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
