Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening.  We recommend using this supplement consistently for 90 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Combining Metabolism with our other supplements

It is possible to combine taking the recommended daily intake of 4 capsules of Metabolism with 4 capsules of either the Hair, Skin & Nails or Balance, but we recommended not mixing more than two supplements at the same time.

Another option is to combine the recommended 4 capsules of Metabolism with two Myoplus daily to reach a daily dose of 4000mg of Myo-inositol.

Taking the either the Balance, Metabolism or Hair, Skin & Nails with our Preconception supplement is not recommended.
