Eligibility: Due to the nature of our Women’s Hormonal Health Survey, this competition is only open to women aged 18 and over and in the UK. Employees of MyOva, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this giveaway are not eligible to enter.

• How to enter: You will only be entered in this competition on completion of our Women’s Health Hormonal Survey. You must leave your name and email address when prompted, otherwise we won’t be able to contact you if you win. Each person may only enter once. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

Grand Prize: Two winners will receive one (1) SpaSeekers e-voucher valued at £300 which can be redeemed on www.spaseekers.com. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes. It is the winner's responsibility to use the e-voucher before the expiry date. 

Runner-Up Prizes: Five (5) runners-up will each receive a MyOva Wellness Bundle, valued at a retail price of up to £150. 

Winner Selection & Notification:

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey, within 14 days of the survey closing. 
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

Closing Date: The closing date for entries is 30th September 2025. We will assess the number of survey respondents at various points and may decide to extend the closing date. Any entries submitted after this date will not be included.
