Terms & Conditions – Women’s Hormonal Health Survey Giveaway

Eligibility:

Due to the nature of our Women’s Hormonal Health Survey, this competition is only open to women aged 18 and over residing in the UK. Employees of MyOva, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this giveaway are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:

• You will be entered into the giveaway upon completing our Women’s Hormonal Health Survey.
• You must provide your name and email address when prompted; otherwise, we won’t be able to contact you if you win.
• Each person may only enter once. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

Exclusive Discount for All Participants:

• All respondents who complete the survey will be eligible to receive 20% off all MyOva products.
• A unique discount code will be provided upon survey completion.
• This discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers on our website.

Grand Prize:

• Two (2) winners will receive one (1) SpaSeekers e-voucher valued at £300, redeemable at www.spaseekers.com.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
• It is the winner’s responsibility to use the e-voucher before its expiry date.

Runner-Up Prizes:

• Five (5) runners-up will each receive a MyOva Wellness Bundle, valued at a retail price of up to £150.

Winner Selection & Notification:

• The winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
• Winners will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey within 14 days of the survey closing.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

Closing Date:

• The closing date for entries is 30th September 2025.
• We will assess the number of survey respondents at various points and may decide to extend the closing date.
• Any entries submitted after this date will not be included.

General:

• By entering, you agree to these terms.
• We reserve the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time.
