Standard UK shipping costs £3.50 for all orders under £40. Free shipping applys to all UK orders over £40. Standard UK shipping usually takes 2-5 working days from date of order but can occasionally take longer.
Next Day Delivery £6.30 (Orders placed after 12pm, at the weekend, or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day).
Sales tax and import duties are included in the price of E.U. orders under £130.
We cannot process EU orders over £130 as they are subject to additional import taxes.

Our refund policy lasts 180 days from the date of delivery. If 180 days have passed since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide your original email receipt and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with an unbroken seal.
If you are an international customer and/or you paid for shipping, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned minus the cost of shipping on your original order.
We can only refund orders back onto the payment method that was used for the original order.

Please remeber to include a printed copy of your order confirmation/receipt detailing your order number), with your return. For international returns please indicate that it is a return on the order confirmation to avoid taxes and duties. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
