Take two tablets in the morning and two tablets in the evening.  We recommend using this supplement consistently for 90 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Combining Myoplus with our other supplements

Combining the Myoplus with either the Preconception, Balance, Metabolism or Hair, Skin & Nails is possible. Still, we recommend not exceeding mixing two supplements at the same time.

It is possible to combine one of our other supplements with the Myoplus. In that case, you should only take two tablets of Myoplus a day in conjunction with the recommended daily intake of 4 capsules of the other supplement. This will give you a daily dose of 4000mg of Myo-inositol.

Taking Balance, Metabolism, Hair, Skin & Nails with our Preconception supplement is not recommended.
